2019 - ongoing Photography Gazing out of the window of my room, I feel as if I am looking at a natural world that has seemingly integrated into part of this highly urbanised city-state. It makes me wonder if the urban forest is part of the city, or if the city is part of the urban forest.

3 Jan - 1 Mar 2019, 34 photographs A series of photographs I took on my way home almost daily and posted on Instagram stories. Started unintentionally after I decided to photograph a scene that I thought had a good composition. Continued to do so as a challenge to look for different subjects along the same path each day and an attempt to get myself back into photography. Also an exploration into chiaroscuro where the strong contrast between light and shadow forms a huge part of the composition of most of these photos.
